2020 Operational Note

On Dec. 5, 2019, what appears to have been an external event increased our background rates. Since then, PLASTIC has been running with a lower PAC voltage. The Suprathermal classification tables are not valid in this configuration. Also, during 2020, this background issue can create false events.
